Production Flow Chart of Bend Rolled Pipe Production Line

Reference for underground steel pipe of MWA and PWA standard.

MWA : Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (Thailand)

PWA : Provincial Waterworks Authority (Thailand)

Specification :

Inside painting by liquid epoxy min. 406 microns DFT. to AWWA C210 standard or inside cement mortar lining to AWWA C205 standard.

Criteria for Quality Control Inspection :

100% Checked by production staffs and 10% rechecked by quality control staff.
If no defect is found, all steel pipes in that lot will be passed inspection.
If one defect is found, all steel pipes in that lot have to be re-checked 100 % and select only the conforming pipes to passed inspection.
