BEND ROLLED STEEL PIPE
Bend Rolled steel pipe or Longitudinal steel pipe or Straight seam steel pipe is used as Water steel pipe, Oil pipe and Gas pipe. All welding seams are under Submerged Arc Welding for both inside and outside.
Machine Capacity : ND.20"- ND.160 "(ND.500-ND.4,000 mm)
Production Capacity : 100,000 Metric tons / year
Steel Plates to Standard JIS G3101 Grade SS400 or as on request
Plate Cutting
Steel Plates can be cut and bevelled at specified dimensions and degrees
by 2 methods:
Method 1 By Side Milling M/C
Method 2 By Gas Cutting
Plate Rolling
Plate Rolling by Bend Rolled Machine
Longitudinal Welding
Longitudinal Welding by Tandem Submerged Arc Welding for both inside and outside (2 Welding Heads, DC/AC Method) to get full penetration
Pipe Assembly
Pipe are assembled together by Hydraulic Clamping Ring at specified length
Circumferential Welding
Circumferential Welding Tandem Submerged Arc Welding for both inside and outside (2 Welding Heads, DC/AC Method) to get full penetration
